Payment Terms: All transactions are accompanied by an invoice/receipt. For package services, customers shall pay 50% in advance upon signing the contract and the remaining balance upon acceptance.
Payment Security: Online transactions are encrypted with multi-layered security, ensuring that card or bank account information is not disclosed.
Refunds/Reversals: In case of errors originating from the company or failed transactions, customers will be refunded within 3–7 working days.
Financial Transparency: All revenues and expenditures are clearly stated in the contract and can be reviewed by the customer at any time.
